Online submission
- All reports must be registered through the EasyChair system;
- To submit a paper through EasyChair, you need to have an account or register as a new user;
- After logging in, you can submit your paper from the New Submission menu;
- Fill in the authors, the title and the abstract of the paper. Add keywords and topic to which it belongs; Indicate the author who will present the paper;
- Select the type of presentation of the paper: Oral, Online / Video, Poster;
- Attach a file with the full paper in Word format (doc, docx);
- After registering a report, it will be available in your account. You can edit the submitted information from the menu to the respective paper through the options: Update information, update authors, Add file;
- Alternatively can use Online registration form.
Requirements about Full papers
1. The papers should be submitted in electronic form till September 30, 2023.
2. Volume of the paper should be up to 10 standard A4 pages in English, ready for printing in electronic Microsoft Word (doc, docx);
3. Font: Times New Roman; font size – 12 pt, Single spacing; Title: in bold type, capital letters, Times New Roman, font size – 16 pt.
Name of authors: font size – 14 pt (without degrees).
Affiliations: Include data for the authors at the end of the paper as follows:
- degrees, name, family name
- organization / company
- address for contact
- telephone, fax number, e-mail
4. Regulation for presentation of the report: 12 min + 3 min. for discussion
5. It is possible to present the reports during the sessions online or by broadcasting a pre-recorded video file.
